It is Opti-Script’s goal to partner with
its clients by completing a Needs Assessment Survey. Upon discussion
and evaluation, Opti-Script’s IS Department will present options
and solutions for your consideration.
 Opti-Script
will become an integral part of each medical facility’s current
system, regardless of the manufacturer. Options include remote transcription
workstations, toll-free dictation access, transcribed reports printed
directly to the medical facility and updating medical record and software
management systems.
Opti-Script will turn around clients’ data in a way that is flexible
and timely. The information systems staff will help create and administer
HL7 interfaces, VPN solutions and document uploads. Integration with
client data systems will allow storage of documents in any format.
Technological compatibility is just one more way in which Opti-Script
is committed to becoming the transcription service to utilize and
trust in the 21st century. |
