Availability:
Opti-Script is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling
our toll-free number and dictating into our digital platform. Unique
access to the Opti-Script system ensures the integrity of the dictated
information.
 Qualified
Staff:
Opti-Script hires experienced medical transcription supervisors, quality
assurance personnel, medical transcriptionists and medical secretaries.
Each applicant must go through a written terminology test and transcribe
a number of reports for evaluation.
Quality Assurance:
Transcriptionists review and spell-check each report before beginning
a new dictation. An extensive reference library is available at each
transcription station. Each medical transcriptionist must maintain
a 98% accuracy and work performance is reviewed on a weekly basis.
One of every four documents produced is read and checked by one of
our quality assurance supervisors. Specific guidelines ensure accuracy
and turnaround time.
Confidentiality:
Each transcriptionist must sign a confidentiality agreement. Client
identity information recognized by a transcriptionist is immediately
turned over to a supervisor who then assigns the dictation to another
transcriptionist. Failure to follow procedure is cause for dismissal.
Detailed Statements:
Our detailed billing statement provides clients with provider identification,
medical record identification, number of lines transcribed and cost
of each individual report. In addition to providing you with a detailed
billing statement by report, we also provide monthly physician and
work-type summaries. |
