DICTATION 

Dictation options include toll-free phone service available 24/7, portable dictation devices, and digital job transfer solutions.  Utilization of electronic signature (E-Sig) is also an option.   

TRANSCRIPTION

Transcription options include traditional transcription and speech recognition across multiple platforms to include Dictaphone and ChartScript.  Our professional medical transcriptionists can also transcribe in a customer-provided platform.   

DOCUMENT DELIVERY

Document delivery options include integration and upload into a facility's EMR using HL7 standards. Other services offered include faxing, printer routing, and web portal document access.  Utilizing web portal access, Opti-Script customers are able to edit and print reports.  All data is processed in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring privacy and security measures as required by HIPAA.

INTEGRATION

Integration with a current system is optimal using HL7 standards for document delivery and ADT information.  Dictation and data are securely transferred to protect the integrity and confidentiality of protected health information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.  Project management and IT staff partner with customer IT professionals to create and administer HL7 interfaces, VPN solutions, and document uploads.
